Hariri Caves to the Ayatollah

The past few days have been filled with extraordinary events. North Korea launches an artillery attack against South Korea, stirring up the angst of just about every nation in the world but China. President Obama gives control of the NATO anti ballistic shield covering eastern Europe to Turkey. An Iranian scientist reveals that Iran's nuclear program is for the sole purpose of developing nuclear weapons. Wikileaks.....LEAKS, causing the Obama Administration to appear, once again, weak and helpless.

Today, we find that Lebanese Prime Minister Hariri went to Iran and was told by the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khameni, that he has no other option but to fully integrate the Lebanese military into Hizbollah, of course, controlled by Iran and Mahmoud Ahmadenijad. The Hizbollah is the fully radicalized terrorist army, trained and commanded by the Iranians, developed to destroy Israel. Not only that, but several days ago I reported that the Palestinian radicals, Hamas, had finally taken the step of their command and control with Hizbollah.

As of today, three of the five people groups bordering Israel are now radicalized and under orders from Teheran. (The Isamic Jihad in the Sinai, Hamas in the Gaza Strip, and Hizbollah of Lebanon.) Jordan and Saudi Arabia are the last roadblocks to Iranian domination of the Inner Ring. Jordanian and Saudi Arabian intents to remove Iran as a threat by means of the Americans and/or Israelis, as revealed by the Wikileaks...LEAKS, has now placed them in the cross hairs of radicalism. To be sure, Sunni radicals are already joining forces with Shia radicals to bring about the demise of Israel...and the Great Satan. Islamic radicalism is Islamic radicalism, no matter the brand.

What does this mean for Israel?

I believe it is another step to an inevitable war described in Psalm 83, Ezekiel 25, Isaiah 17, Zephaniah 2, and Zechariah 9. Although we cannot put dates on God's timetable unless he reveals it, one thing is certain, this war is fast approaching. The aftermath will leave the world with its mouth hanging open in awe and fear of how Israel rises to prominence.

Peace Talks are a Sham

It's all a sham, a scam, and a crying shame that our current leadership simply doesn't want to open their eyes to the truth.

In fact, our leadership over the last two decades attempted to create peace with the same blinders on.

First, it was Yasser Arafat--the hero, icon, and face of Palestine. HE WAS A TERRORIST. Not once did he negotiate in good faith. Never would he acknowledge Israel's right to exist. O, he would talk a good talk when in the Western media spotlight, but with his own people his talk was always on the destruction of Israel and the removal of all Jews from the Holy Land.

His organization....Fatah....continues the same.

The Fatah Revolutionary Council concluded its fifth convention in Ramallah over the weekend by declaring its refusal to recognize Israel as a Jewish state. The Palestinians are opposed to any understandings between Israel and the US that could harm their interests, the council said.
As quoted in today's Jerusalem Post:
“The council affirms its rejection of the so-called Jewish state or any other formula that could achieve this goal,” said a statement issued by the council. The council also renews its refusal for the establishment of any racist state based on religion in accordance with international law and human rights conventions.”
Once again, the Palestinians have achieved their goal of clouding the issue of human rights, and the world listens.

Why do we not hear a cry for human rights every time a rocket is fired from Gaza into the civilian population of Israel? Where were the human rights activists when Palestinians were blowing themselves up on buses filled with Israeli Jews? Why is it a human rights violation for Israelis to build apartments in their capitol of Jerusalem? hmmm Why is our President, as was his predecessors, so blind to the truth?

One good thing....they are all fulfilling Bible prophecy without an awareness that they are doing so. Both Psalm 83 and the Ezekiel 38 and 39 prophecies clearly explain that the world will turn against Israel.

Peace talks notwithstanding, the world, by-in-large, is turning against Israel.

My question: Are you continuing to pray for the peace of Jerusalem?

North Korean Action a Pre-cursor?

I found this article in the Jerusalem Post both as a true statement, and as a warning! The way in which Barack Obama has reacted to the North Korean attacks on South Korea will have a profound effect on Iran's speed of purpose.

On the face of it, what happened between the Koreas greatly resembled what we here have experienced almost routinely at times – out-of-the-blue, unprovoked shelling of civilians by apparently inscrutable and fanatical enemy forces.
Israelis – North and South – have found themselves targeted by rockets, mortars and sniper fire so frequently that we’ve learned to take such incidents almost in our stride. So has the rest of the world. Often Kassams, Grads and other assorted projectiles lobbed into Israel from Gaza and Lebanon fail to get so much as a mention in foreign news outlets.
The Korean confrontation, however, appeared to shake the world, to the extent of triggering a downward slide in leading stock markets. Governments outdid each other in censuring Pyongyang’s aggression. In our case, the widespread reaction is to generally downplay Arab aggression, fault the victim (Israel) and warn Israel not to retaliate.
This double standard is particularly unfortunate given the similarities of the two situations. Both South Korea and Israel face implacable enemies with tyrannical regimes, ostensibly impervious to Western reasoning and not readily predictable. In both instances the danger of nuclear weapons looms large.
JUST BEFORE last week’s onslaught, North Korea showed off 2,000 uranium-enrichment centrifuges and the initial construction of a 100-megawatt light-water reactor to visiting American scientists. Concomitantly, Israel is menaced by Iranian efforts to amass nuclear prowess.
Indeed, North Korea reportedly exports nuclear knowhow and ballistic missile technology to both Iran and Syria. The Syrian reactor destroyed by Israel in 2007 was constructed according to North Korean blueprints.

Pyongyang’s finger stirs many a Mideastern plot.

Both North Korea and its Mideastern associates are testing the limits of world tolerance, attempting to gauge how far they can go with impunity. It’s no stretch to suggest that Teheran and Damascus carefully monitor every nuance of Washington’s response to Pyongyang’s actions.
They must have derived satisfaction following Pyongyang’s boasting about its expanded nuclear program, when US special envoy for North Korea Stephen Bosworth declared that “This is not a crisis.”
It needs be remembered that despite heavy sanctions, the number and scale of North Korean provocations has only increased of late. North Korea tests nuclear devices and ballistic missiles, and last March one of its submarines sank a South Korean naval vessel.
North Korea is Iran’s role model for bamboozling the US and getting away with it. Yet Washington, merely sending an aircraft carrier into the area, looks set to let Kim Jong Il continue to get away with quite a bit, as long as he doesn’t overly embarrass it with barefaced gamechanging.
The Obama administration has ways of underscoring unmistakably vigorous messages both to Pyongyang and to Teheran. A feeble American reply in East Asia would dangerously embolden West Asia’s ayatollahs.

If Kim can thumb his nose at Obama, so can Ahmadinejad. And Ahmadinejad is watching attentively.

In fact, most analysts agree that, for all his bravado, Kim is less likely to cross the Rubicon and instigate war than are rogue Islamic regimes vowing to erase Israel off the map. Nuclear weapons in Iranian hands would make this an exceedingly more insecure world than do such weapons in North Korean possession.
This is America’s foremost challenge – even if, disconcertingly, it sometimes sounds as though the greatest danger to world peace stems from apartment construction in some east Jerusalem Jewish neighborhoods.

FOR ISRAEL, South Korea is the model we must strenuously avoid emulating. South Korea is a blackmailed nation, compelled to take it on the chin from its northern sister lest it inflame a dreadful – perhaps nuclear – confrontation.
Israel cannot afford a nuclear Iran, which would change the regional balance of power at a stroke, embolden Teheran to pursue its expansionist ambitions and impose South Korean-style constraints upon our self-defense. We can tolerate constraints immeasurably less than Seoul, whose population isn’t threatened with outright physical annihilation.
Winning the face-off against Iran requires intensified US-led international sanctions, backed by a credible threat of military action; the more credible that threat, the less likely it would have to be realized. Similar US-led resolution in the case of North Korea would send an important signal to Iran.

Tel Aviv Within Range of Iranian-bulit Missiles

This holiday, we truly have many things to be thankful for. We are still relatively free as a nation (the TSA outbreak notwithstanding), there is still food on the table, and Jesus is still alive and reigning; definite reasons for gratitude. But there is also a horizon before us that should make our hearts well up with joy...not fear...not apprehension.

An awareness of our times, clearly portrayed in the Bible, will take you through whatever comes our way. Depend on the Lord fully, without doubt, holding nothing back. Pray hard. Share often. Look to the needs of others. Do these things, and you will be fine.

Syrian, Hizballah's guided missiles defy Israel's aerial supremacy

debkafile's military sources report: Syria and Hizballah now possess thousands of surface missiles from Iran with enhanced ranges of up to 300 kilometers and they are being outfitted by Iranian engineers with guidance systems. The new guided Fateh-110, M-600 and Scud D missiles hardware can pinpoint any part of Israel within a 10-meter radius in defiance of Israel's aerial and anti-missile capabilities, say Israeli and Western missile experts. Hizballah and Syria have been furnished by Iran with the means for fighting a new, far more comprehensive war.

All of Syria's chemical Scud C and D warheads have been converted into guided missiles, and so have the 1,000 Scud Ds kept in Syrian bases near the Lebanese border ready to push across to Hizballah in a military confrontation with Israel, which Hassan Nasrallah said ten days ago he would welcome.

During the three-week war of 2006, Hizballah launched 500 rockets a day - relying on sheer, terrifying numbers against populated areas, mostly in the North - to bring Israeli armed forces low.

A dozen a day of the guided, long-range weapons would do far more damage, say our military sources. Iran's allies would likely go for Greater Tel Aviv in order to sow demoralization in the most densely populated part of Israel and devastate its industrial and financial centers.

Earlier this month, Israel's Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Gaby Ashkenazi, said it was possible that in the next war, large segments of the population would have to be evacuated from their homes.
Former head of the Israel Mission Defense Organization Uzi Rubin said recently: "The enemy has achieved aerial supremacy without even having aircraft." Iran's fully-guided Fateh-110 rocket would enable Hizballah and Syria to strike critical Israeli facilities with dozens rather than hundreds of rockets, he said.
Hizballah and Syria have 1,500 warheads that could strike the Tel Aviv area. "This is a revolution," said the missile expert.
debkafile's military sources note that Rubin did not mention Israel's missile and rocket defense systems, the Arrow, Iron Dome and David's Sling, as able to thwart the new Syrian and Hizballah guided weapons – for good reason. Those systems are not up to intercepting heavy hails of thousands of incoming missiles. Even if only scores reached their targets, the damage would be tremendous.

As for aerial strikes against launching sites, Hizballah has dismantled its missile bases and scattered the warheads widely apart in underground bunkers and natural caverns, from which they can be launched.

I am Now OFFICIALLY Outraged

This is another "I WARNED YOU ABOUT THIS" moment. Nearly one year ago, when the Tea Party was beginning to boil, and anti-Obamamania was getting reved up, I warned that if the President took a political hit at home, he would then head overseas to do even more harm.

NOW HE'S GONE AND DONE IT AGAIN!

While in Lisbon, Portugal, hobnobbing with Turkish President Gul (shown in the picture), Obama has agreed to place Turkey in control of the new NATO missile shield. Here is what he said.

"For the first time we've agreed to develop a missile defense capability that is strong enough to cover all Nato European territory and populations as well as the United States."
Here's what he didn't say.
The President bowed to Gul's demand to omit Iran, Syria and their ballistic missiles as a threat from the NATO agreement to establish a missile shield base in Turkey. President Barak Obama has devalued any US security guarantees offered Israel - as well as negating the facility's avowed purpose. The missile shield and its location in Europe were conceived in the first place for detecting and defusing Iranian and Syrian ballistic missile before they reached Europe or the United States. But not now!
debkafile's military sources report that the covert clauses in the deal additionally provide for the missile base to come under the command of a Turkish general. President Abdullah Gul held out on this point in discussions with President Obama and NATO leaders, following the lead given him by Prime Minister Tayyep Erdogan of Monday, Nov. 15: "Turkey would demand that NATO assign a Turkish commander to oversee the shield. Especially if this is to be place on our soil…," said Erdogan.

Turkey's leaders are very close to the Islamic Republic's extremist rulers and see nothing amiss in their deploying large portions of Iran's missile arsenal on Syrian and Lebanese soil (in Hizballah's keeping). A Turkish general in command of the NATO missile shield cannot be expected to regard threatening missile action by Iran, Syria or Hizballah in the same light as would President Obama or NATO Secretary-General Andres vog Rasmussen. He would simply follow the orders of his own prime minister.

So NATO's forward missile interceptor may be physically and technically located in Turkey but, under a Turkish commander, its usefulness as an operational shield for the West against the most concrete perils facing NATO members is nil.
In these circumstances, there is not much point in Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu holding out for American security guarantees, even after the US State Department spokesman stated Friday, Nov. 19, "The United States is prepared to offer Israel written security guarantees if it would help to restart stalled Middle East peace talks."
Those guarantees were awarded Turkey at the NATO summit in Lisbon and, by extension, to Iran, Syria and their radical allies, whose missiles are poised on Israel's borders facing in only one direction .
It is important to remember that American missile defense systems are closely inter-linked with and slotted into corresponding Israeli missile interceptors, air defenses and intelligence. How can this vital collaboration continue after a Turkish commander has his hand on the levers of NATO's defense shield for the United States and Europe?
This is absolutely incredible, and TOTALLY Unreported by the US mainstream media.

I am now officially outraged! The door is now wide open for Iran and Syria, once Iran has completed a nuclear weapon (Which the highest level Israeli military intelligence says has already been accomplished), to launch a nuclear-tipped ballistic missile against Israel.

How much longer can Benjamin Netanyahu afford to wait? Hizbollah and Hamas are poised for battle. Syria is ready. Iran is prodding and provoking. The Saudis have subtly stepped in to prevent a pro-western government in Lebanon from attempting to throttle the Hizbollah. Islamic extremists in the Sinai side of Egypt are threatening Israeli travelers. How long before Psalm 83 becomes a reality? When will Isaiah 17 be fulfilled by Israel's destruction of the Damascus threat?

Only God knows, but we sure seem to be heading toward the Inner Ring war at breakneck speed.

Obama Stays the Course to Divide Israel

Wasn't it nice to have Barack Obama out of the country, even if it only lasted a few days? To bad he had to visit the most populated Muslim country in the world to diss Israel over the settlement issue again.

For decades, no US President equated Jewish settlements in Jerusalem with the peace process. Barack has focused solely on this one issue....the right of Jews to settle in their own capitol city, a capitol belonging to them for over 5000 years.

But that's not all. This guy gets walloped in the mid-term elections. His own party is trying to find a way to dump him. But still, he persists in doing exactly the wrong thing morally and Biblically.

Now, he has decided to send Benjamin Netanyahu his vision on the new borders between Israel and the State of Palestine, something that does not exist! He seems hell-bent (no pun there) on testing the patience of God. Joel 3 says the dividing of the land belonging to Israel will be the prime catalyst for the march to Armageddon. Talk about a destructive nature....Barack H. Obama has it!

Obama to present US Israel-Palestinian border map within 3 months

Washington sources disclose that the three-month settlement construction freeze-for-incentives deal Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu discussed with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Friday, Nov. 12, also included a commitment to hold Israel-Palestinian negotiations on the two states' final borders during that period. Assuming the talks collapse, the Obama administration will take the initiative of delineating those borders and present its own map to both sides before the three months are up.
Our sources disclose that the boundaries the US map will adhere a lot more closely to Palestinian territorial aspirations than to Israel case. While no one is talking about imposing it on Israel, a rejection by the Netanyahu government would place it on a collision course with the Obama White House.

Word about Obama's planned map was not relayed to the Israeli cabinet Sunday, Nov. 14 when Netanyahu reported to the cabinet on his talks with US leaders last week, our Jerusalem sources report.

According to our Washington sources, Obama believes that leaving Israel with no more than 4-4.5 percent of the pre-1967 West Bank area should satisfy its essential security requirements. In terms of population, this would entail the evacuation of dozens of settlements plus two important towns, Efrat in Gush Etzion in the south which has a population of 8,000, and Ariel in Samaria which has 20,000 inhabitants.

For Washington, it is the Palestinians who are laying down the law. After his ultimatum on construction was accepted as an obstacle to talks, the Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas now warns Washington that if every last Jewish resident is not cleared from Ariel, there will be no peace accord.
Even when the former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert held talks with Mahmoud Abbas in 2007 and 2008, Washington backed his demand for at least 5.9 percent of the land – although the figure quoted by Olmert is 6.5 percent. It was understood that in the past 33 years, these locations had developed exponentially each time the Palestinians refused to discuss peace and resorted to violence.
As for the US incentives offered Israel for accepting a second moratorium on settlement construction, Netanyahu neglected to mention the corresponding benefits to be offered the Palestinians.

The Obama administration is willing to let Israel have 20 F-35 stealth warplanes worth $3 billion in addition to the 20 already allocated and promises to veto anti-Israeli motions at the UN and other international bodies.

No one knows what promises are contained in the letter under preparation at the White House for the Palestinian Authority chairman. US sources told debkafile that Israel should not be surprised if commitments it contains are inimical to Israel.

Iranian Takes Over Hizbollah Southern Command

Along with all the other preparations for war I have been sharing, this week, Safi Al-din was recalled from his post in Tehran as head of Hizballah's Liaison Office and immediately assumed the reins from Sheikh Nabil Quouk, the 2006 War commander. Intelligence sources say this appointment is the most ominous sign to date of the seriousness Iran and Hizballah attach to their plans for an early war with Israel.

Three further developments point in this direction:

1. Tehran, Damascus and Nasrallah are tensely watching the clock ticking for the UN Special Tribunal on Lebanon - STL to deliver indictments against top Hizballah officials before the end of this year or early January. Hizballah has threatened to block their extradition by seizing Lebanon's government and strategic centers.
Hizballah's leader eagerly embraced war his latest speech of Thursday, Nov. 11.
Shouting at the top of his voice, Nasrallah threatened to "chop off the hand that dared to accuse or detain members of the 'Hizballah gendarmerie.'" He went on to yell: "We await the day the indictments will be released." And in the same breath ranted, "We are ready for any Israeli war on Lebanon and will again be victorious, Inshallah. Whoever thinks that threatening us with another Israel war will scare us is mistaken. On the contrary, whoever speaks of another war is bearing good news not threatening us." (I'm pretty certain he has not read Psalm 83, Isaiah 17, or Ezekiel 25.)

2. Tehran views the newly appointed South Lebanon commander, Hashim Safi Al-Din, is its most stalwart partisan in the Lebanese Shiite Hizballah leadership since Imad Moughnieh passed away two years ago in an exploding car in Damascus. Safi Al-Din is therefore trusted most of all Hizballah's leaders to do as he is told by Iran in a direct confrontation with Israel.
Iran did not get this sort of obedience in the 2006 War: Nasrallah went his own way regardless of strategic and military instructions from Tehran. For instance, he ordered Israeli towns and villages blasted by his rockets at the rate of 500 a day whereas Iranian experts wanted the rocket fire concentrated on the Israeli troops driving into Lebanon. To appease his Iranian sponsors, Nasrallah then appointed Mughniyeh war commander in the middle of combat.
But Tehran is taking no chances of any more insubordination from its proxy. Nasrallah will be kept in line by Iran's obedient loyalist in the key command position in South Lebanon and Iran will stay in control of a future confrontation with Israel from the word go.

Yet Another Sign of the Psalm 83 Coalition

The following article is another in a long series of signs that demonstrate we are on the verge of witnessing the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy.

Should Hamas unite politically and militarily with Iran, the coalition of Psalm 83, Isaiah 17, Ezekiel 25, Zephaniah 2, and Zechariah 9 will be nearly complete. The only domino left to fall is Jordan. Once that happens, the INNER RING WAR will be around the corner as Israel will be forced to protect itself from annihilation....the goal of radical Islam.

Interestingly, after the Inner Ring War ends, Israel will have regained the ancient boundaries of Solomon. They will be powerful and feared. It is easy to see how Russia, with its renewed desire to dominate the Middle East, would be enraged enough to join Iran in its evil intent. The hook of Ezekiel 38 and 39 will be set. The Outer Ring War will take place and end in God's righteous judgment. In the middle of it all, the Rapture of the Church looms large.

Palestinian Hamas "moderate" invites Ahmadinejad to visit Gaza

Ahmad Yousef campaigns for Hamas-Iran bondThe Hamas government's deputy foreign minister Dr. Ahmed Yousef is actively campaigning for the Gaza regime to form a strategic partnership with Iran on the same lines as the Iranian-Syrian-Hizballah alliance.

debkafile's Middle East sources report that Yousef heads the radical Hamas's "moderate" wing.

His initiative will certainly be welcomed in Tehran as extending the Iranian foothold on the eastern Mediterranean from Lebanon as far south as the Gaza strip. Iran would also gain a forward position close to Israel's population centers, with leverage for expanding the wedge dividing Palestinian Hamas from Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The ayatollahs would also be in place to threaten the stability of Jordan, where already Hamas-Damascus controls the local Muslim Brotherhood branch sufficiently to order its members to boycott last week's parliamentary elections.

Finally, close ties between Gaza and Tehran will bolster the Palestinian extremists' military and intelligence ties with Damascus and Hizballah. This will in turn boost the bloc led by Iran and Syria and add to its leverage for derailing any fence-building moves between the feuding Hamas and Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah and perpetuate the division between the two Palestinian entities - one in Gaza and the other on the West Bank

The Middle East Could be at War Within a Month

Few have paid attention to events in Lebanon over the last few months, events that could end up being the spark that ignites the next war in the Middle East.

On trial are four, upper ecshelon commanders of Hezbollah for the 2006 assassination of Lebanon's West-leaning Prime Minister, Rafiq Hariri.

This trial, conducted by a UN appointed commission, is on the verge of indicting the accused, and that indictment could be handed down within a month.

Upon hearing such news, most shrug a shoulder and say, "good!" However, there is a twist. The Hezbollah has vowed a violent overthrow of the Lebanese government should such an indictment fall upon their leadership, and they have the power to follow through with the threat.

Lebanon has been in the middle of Israeli/Syrian tensions ever since the three nations were reborn in the 1940's.

But this time, if Lebanon finally loses its moderate to west leaning government to the violent, Jew hating terrorists of the Hezbollah, Israel will be forced to respond with overwhelming force.
Why? Because Israel IS the target!

Suddenly, the Palestinians, Syrians, and Lebanese are talking war. Couple this with Iran possibly having their first nuclear bomb, and you have an explosive situation.

Zahar: Jews will soon be expelled from Palestine

The Jews will soon be expelled from Palestine that same way they were kicked out by France, Britain, Belgium, Russia and Germany, Hamas leader Mahmoud Zahar said over the weekend.

“The only nation that received the Jews after they were expelled was the Islamic nation, which protected them and looked after them,” Zahar said in a speech in Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip over the weekend. “But they have no place here amongst us because of their crimes. They will soon be expelled from here and we will pray at the Aqsa Mosque [in Jerusalem].”
Zahar claimed that Jews were expelled in the past “because they betrayed, stole and corrupted these countries.”
Zahar called for unity with Fatah as representatives of the two parties prepare to hold another round of reconciliation talks in the Syrian capital of Damascus this week.
“Let’s join ranks and speak in one voice,” Zahar said in his appeal to Fatah. “Together, with blood, we could liberate our lands and holy sites. You have tasted the bitterness of arbitrary negotiations.” He said that Hamas was making “big efforts” to ensure the success of reconciliation talks with Fatah.
Meanwhile, Ramadan Shallah, leader of Islamic Jihad, called on Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas to step down for abandoning the armed struggle against Israel. Shallah was speaking in Damascus on the 23rd anniversary of the establishment of his group.

“The negotiations [with Israel] have ended and there’s no alternative to jihad and resistance,” Shallah said. “The present leadership of the Palestinian Authority is not authorized to negotiate on behalf of the Palestinians. If Mahmoud Abbas can’t adopt the option of Yasser Arafat, resistance, we recommend another option which is more honorable: to quit and sit at home.”

My gut tells me that the Middle East may be enveloped in war within the next few weeks. Keep praying for the peace of Jerusalem and the salvation of both Jews and Muslims. Time is seeping away.

Israeli Intelligence Chief Echoes Bible Prophecy

Finally, an Israeli intelligence chief has echoed the words of prophetic scripture, though he probably has no clue that he has done so.

TWO SPECIFIC WARS are prophesied.

I call them the Inner Ring War, and the Outer Ring War. They are just as they sound. Prophetic war #1 will involve those nations immediately surrounding Israel. The second will involve nations that are further out, not actually bordering Israel, but surrounding her nonetheless.

The Inner Ring War is prophesied in Psalm 83, Isaiah 17 (Damascus), Ezekiel 25, Zephaniah 2, and Zechariah 9. In these passages the ancient names of Lebanon, Syria, Jordon, Saudi Arabia, the Gaza Strip, and Egypt are listed. This coalition will force Israel to react, and in Ezekiel 25, the Lord says he will destroy these enemies "by the hand of my people Israel."

The Outer Ring War is described in detail in Ezekiel 38 & 39. The ancient names of a current and defining consortium of nations are listed. Gog/Magog/Meshech/Tubal = Russia. Gomer/Togarmah = Turkey and nations bordering the Caspian Sea. Put = Libya. Cursh = nations of the Horn of Africa i.e. Sudan, Samalia, Ethiopia. PERSIA = IRAN.

This coalition will witness the destruction of Israel's Inner Ring Enemies, along with the expansion of Jewish territory to the defined borders of Solomon's reign. They will see that Israel has suddenly grown rich in oil and natural gas. They will see that Israel has used nuclear weapons to defend herself. Plus, God will put a hook in their mouth to draw them down to judgment. In the end, God will be the destroyer of this Magog-led Army.

SOUND FAR FETCHED?

Read this warning by Israel's outgoing intelligence chief. (This on the heels of an article in the Jerusalem Post by the new leader of Israel's spy organization, the Mossad, that stated that Iran already has constructed at least one nuclear bomb.)

Outgoing Maj.-Gen. Amos Yadlin says Israel's next military conflict will cost more casualties than previous battles; NSC chief Uzi Dayan says Iran, Turkey, and terrorists are increasing dangers to Israel.
Yadlin, head of IDF Military Intelligence, gave a stark report on Tuesday in his briefing to the Knesset - the last one before leaving his post in the coming days. He warned of new, state-of-the-art Russian-made Syrian weaponry and two new Iranian nuclear sites.
National Security Council chief Uzi Dayan filled out the picture by warning that missiles from Gaza could hit Tel Aviv and that terrorists in Lebanon are digging further into and behind civilian populations.
“In the next war,” Dayan told Arutz-7’s Benny Tucker, “we have to be more concerned with our potential civilian casualties than military casualties.”
“Yadlin’s assessment means that uncertainty has returned to our region,” Dayan said. “Iran continues to build nuclear weapons [though at a slower pace than it had hoped, Yadlin said – ed.], Turkey has returned to the axis of evil, and the terrorist organizations continue to dig in.”

Only 40 Miles Wide
“The incoming IDF Chief of Staff, Gen. Yoav Galant, will have to deal with many challenges, beyond the issue of terrorism and Iran,” Dayan said. “We will have to prepare for an eastern front against us… .The Jordan Valley is one of our most critical areas. Between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean there are only 64 kilometers (40 miles); this is our entire strategic depth, and we must not give it up. We must have defensible borders. This position must be presented in the negotiations with the Palestinian Authority.”

The dangers in Gaza and southern Lebanon must be neutralized, Dayan said, and this is done by capturing territory. “Gaza is in danger of becoming an Iranian stronghold, in terms of missiles directed at Tel Aviv. We must conquer enemy territory [in Gaza] and demilitarize it; the same in southern Lebanon. The terrorists today take cover amidst civilian populaces, assuming that we will not capture that territory. We must uproot that type of thinking.”
