Headline says time is running out.
Number of Attempted Attacks Within U.S. Rising
WASHINGTON (Reuters)

The number of attempted domestic attacks against the United States over the past nine months has surpassed the number of attempts during any other previous one-year period, CNN reported, citing an unclassified Department of Homeland Security memo.
The memo prepared for law enforcement groups expects operatives in the country to strike at easily accessible targets. It specifically mentioned the Times Square bombing suspect Faisal Shahzad and Najibullah Zazi, who pleaded guilty in February to plotting attacks on New York's subways, CNN said.

The Department of Homeland Security also expressed concern about the pace of attempted attacks, saying they were happening inside the United States with "increased frequency."
It noted a trend in groups such as al Qaeda to use Westerners as operatives and leaders.

Are we seeing the effects of the curse issued by God against nations that stand against the Abrahamic Covenant? Speaking of Abraham and his inheritance, Israel, God said he would "bless all who bless you, and curse all who curse you." The evidence might be mounting up that such is the case for America.

Since the moment Barrack Obama entered the Oval Office, Israel has been on his hit list. It began with his stunning remarks made to the Egyptian congress in June of 2009...in which he quoted a portion of a Koranic verse that sounded great....but actually demands that true Muslims have no option but to wage jihad against the Jews. The turn against Israel continued in September of 2009 as Obama stood in the pulpit of the United Nations and demanded that Israel pull back to the 1967 borders, give up Jerusalem, and acquiesce to a contiguous Palestinian state. Thrown in were calls for Israel to disclose its nuclear capability, and recently, those calls moved to a demand that Israel dispose of whatever nuclear weapons it possesses. The estrangement between Barrack Obama and Benjamin Netanyahu is well-documented, as is Obama's diplomatic efforts to play nice with terrorist-backing states like Syria, Iran, and most recently the Hezbollah. This while cutting off funds to Israel for military equipment, refusing to ship purchased spare parts and munitions, condemning Israel for building legal settlements in its own territory, threatening major sanctions against Israel if they attempt to deal with the Iranian nuclear problem on their own, and much more.

What consequences of such a stance against Israel can we suggest have taken place?

1. A dramatic increase in terror attempts withing the borders of the USA

2. A dramatic increase in weather related events, particularly a surge in major flooding throughout the country.

3. An economy that has had "prosperity and posterity" removed from its foundation. A turn against Godly principles in one area has proven to be true across the board. God will not bless this nation as he has in the past as long at it rejects his existence, refuses to follow his principles, turns against both his covenant people (Israel) and the church (those saved by grace), and continues on the same path of exalting humanity as did the founders of Babel.

4. Knowing that accidents happen, is it not amazing--and somewhat alarming--to see the Gulf of Mexico turning the sickly color of decaying blood from a massive oil leak? A massive portion of our eco-system in the south is about to be destroyed, and the powers that be will be partying in Chicago....while probably blaming the previous administration for whatever ills result from the current disaster.

The bottom line is since the moment our President dissed Israel, the convergence of events is all to obvious. Repentance is being demanded, and should repentance continue to be ignored, the USA will rapidly dwindle into the pile of irrelevant nations that God has discarded over the centuries. In the meantime, the Lord promises his followers that he will never leave them or forsake them...even in the face of economic collapse, cultural disillusionment, and severe persecution. In other words, believer friend, it is time to draw closer than ever before to the one and only King of Kings! In the days to come, if your hear is right and your eyes are fixed on Jesus, you will be used for the Kingdom beyond your wildest imagination, and He will see us through to the end.
