Mahmoud I'mAnutJob Speaks What's Really on His Mind

I agree...the man is delusional. He's a NUT...Three scoops short of a shake! Out of his mind? For certain! But this is also the man that who is puppetmaster over the Syrians, the Lebanese, the Palestinians, and now the Turks. He is also on the cusp of being able two wield nuclear weapons.
What are Ahmadinejad's intentions? READ this article and pay particular interest to the highlighted sections. You'll ascertain quickly why Israel (hopefully with the USAF and USN) must act soon to stop him. This, of course, will set off a war, but it must be done. Otherwise, Israel will become a sitting duck! The truth is this PLOT IS NOT VERY THICK...but it is very real!

Iran: Destroy Israel if it Strikes
BY JPOST.COM STAFF 11/02/2010

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told Syrian President Bashar Assad that Israel "must be resisted" and finished off "once and for all" if it launches a military operation in the Middle East, Reuters cited an Iranian report as saying on Thursday." We have reliable information ... that the Zionist regime is after finding a way to compensate for its ridiculous defeats by the people of Gaza and Lebanon's Hizbullah," Ahmadinejad told his Syrian counterpart in a phone conversation on Wednesday evening, according to IRIB, Iran's state broadcaster. "If the Zionist regime repeats its mistakes and initiate a military operation, then it must be resisted with full force to put an end to it once and for all," Ahmadinejad reportedly asserted.
The Iranian president has called for Israel to be "wiped off the map" multiple times and has voiced harsh criticism against Israeli policies. At the UN General Assembly in New York in September, Ahmadinejad gave a fiery speech that targeted Israel as a "Zionist regime" guilty of "inhumane policies in Palestine."
Through a translator, the Iranian leader likened actions by Israel in Gaza to "genocide,"' and said the international community "is impatiently waiting for the punishment of the aggressors and the murderers of the defenseless people of Gaza." Ahmadinejad portrayed Israel and its allies, including the United States, as part of a vast conspiracy.
MY COMMENTARY
Of course, no one is mentioning the fact that these poor, defenseless people in Gaza were being used as HUMAN SHIELDS by terrorists armed by the Iranians. The words coming out of Iran, Syria, and Lebanon have moved beyond rhetoric. These statements are the classic chest thumping that occurs just before the goons instigate an act that merits a severe response from their enemy. In this case, Ahmadinejad is doing all he can to force Israel to act. That will give him the "great war" that he believes will usher in the Shia messiah called Mahdi. US sanctions are not going to stop him. This is a religious radicalism that would rather be martyred than surrender. The march to Ezekiel 38 and 39, the Gog and Magog War, is well underway.

It is More than Just Talk

An eagle was soaring over the church when I pulled up this morning. The sight was awe inspiring. "They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as eagles..." mmm What a pleasant thought that has an element of excitement at the same time. Have you ever thought of what it would feel like to fly? You know, to soar above the daily grind...to tuck your wings and dive toward the earth until your heart felt like it was beating in your ears...to swoop into a wind current and let it do all the work? I shiver at the thought, especially as I think about when, someday soon, the Lord will pull back the curtain that shrouds this dark world and our eyes will be fully opened. What a day that will be! Do you suppose we'll fly?

Thank the Lord we can soar spiritually right now. He restores us in flight----DAILY! This is a good thing, because thick, dark clouds are billowing on the horizon! The talk of war is heating up,and there doesn't seem to be any way out. As I have mentioned several times in these blogs, Lebanon will side with the terrorist group known as Hezbollah should war break out with Israel.
How do we know for sure? Read Psalm 83 and you will see the names of ancient people group (Gebal) that settled in what is today Lebanon. You will also see the ancient capital of the land, Tyre.

Hariri: We'll stand with Hizbullah

BY AP AND JPOST.COM STAFF 10/02/2010 05:52

Lebanese prime minister says Israel is escalating tensions on the border.
Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri on Wednesday voiced concern about "escalating" Israeli war threats, and said his government will support the Hizbullah if a new war breaks out with the Jewish state."We hear a lot of Israeli threats day in and day out," Hariri said in an interview posted on the BBC's Web site Wednesday. "Every day we have Israeli warplanes entering Lebanese airspace. This is something that is escalating, and this is something that is really dangerous."Hariri, who leads a fragile national unity government that includes two Hizbullah ministers said that Lebanon would unite in the event of a fresh conflict with Israel."I think [the Israelis] are betting that there might be some division in Lebanon, if there is a war against us," Hariri said. "There won't be a division in Lebanon. We will stand against Israel. We will stand with our own people."Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman brushed aside the Lebanese leader's warning."As prime minister, he's simply a hostage of Hizbullah, which has veto power in his Cabinet," Lieberman told Army Radio.Asked whether there might be a new war involving Lebanon and Syria, Lieberman said: "I very much hope not.""We have no interest in heating up the fronts with any of our neighbors. At the same time, we won't be a punching bag. And we won't shrug off vitriol that's directed at Israel," he said.Lebanon's president warned Israel Tuesday that a war against Lebanon would be "no picnic."Last week, Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Moallem accused Israel of "spreading an atmosphere of war" in the region after Defense Minister Ehud Barak warned that the stalled peace process with Syria could result in an all-out regional war.Moallem warned Israelis that "a war at this time will be transferred to your cities."Lieberman said the Syrians "crossed a red line" and warned Syria its army would be defeated and its regime would collapse in a future conflict.

Let your spirit soar above the mess by going deep in the Word and being steadfast in prayer. While you are at it, pray for the Lord to call to both Jews and Arabs in these terrible days. He is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

While We Beat the Drums of Indifferance

Conversation at a White House Water Cooler just outside the Oval Office
BO: "I just can't figure out why those guys won't talk to me."
Rahm: "You brushed your teeth, right?"
BO: "Left to right, yeah. But my teeth are perfect. That shouldn't be an issue."
Rahm: "Well, just keep trying. At some point, they will see you only have their best interest at heart. Once they understand you are a genius, they'll fall over one another trying to visit the White House.
BO: "Let me make it clear, Rahm, I'm not going to wait forever before I do something!"
Rahm: "Just how long are you planning to wait?"
BO: "I'll wait until the last minute."
Rahm: "The last minute of what?"
BO: "That depends on the number of terms I'm elected to. But then I'll make them pay for ignoring me."
Rahm: "And what exactly will you do?"
BO: "First, I'll take a vacation, and then I'll go back to Copenhagen and make sure they receive absolutely no carbon credits. After that, I'll give at least 125 speeches on television until they cry uncle and give up their nukes."
Rahm: "Ah, that should work. Now, let's get back to Health Care."

Iran Couples Upped Uranium Enrichment With Violent Threats

DEBKAfile Special Report February 9, 2010, 12:24 PM (GMT+02:00)

Tuesday, Feb. 9, Tehran followed through on its leaders' promise to start home-processing of uranium up to 20 percent grade, in open defiance of a UN ban. Adding insult to injury, UN inspectors were invited to Natanz to witness the event, which was charged with echoes of the threat sounded by Iran's spiritual ruler Ayatollah Ali Khamenei the day before: "The Iranian nation with its unity and God's grace will punch the arrogance [of Western powers] on the 22nd of Bahman (Feb. 11) in a way that will leave them stunned! "This declaration climaxed the series of "scientific and military" achievements to which president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad laid claim in the last ten days: The launching of a space capsule carrying a small zoo by the new Kavoshgar-3 carrier on Feb. 3; the inauguration of production lines for "advanced drones capable of precision bombing," on Feb. 8; Iran's attainment of the ability to enrich uranium up to 20 percent grade - all capped now with the spiritual ruler's ominous remark.
Some of the claims are dismissed by certain informed circles in the West as empty boasts, part of the extremist Islamist regime's war of propaganda against the world or its campaign to still domestic fears of a US or Israeli attack. Yet debkafile's military sources say certain points cannot be lightly dismissed:

1. While some boasts are indeed unfounded - like the one that Iran has developed an interceptor against air and missile attack more advanced the S-300 system withheld by Russia - most of Tehran's claims with regard to military, missile and nuclear advances have been borne out as resting on solid achievement.

2. The fact that Khamenei issued his apparently wild threat in the presence of the commanders of the Iranian Air force - and just three days before its promised execution - indicates he must have something serious up his sleeve and is building up the drama. Some Iran-watchers in the West believe he is talking about blood on the streets of Tehran during the coming opposition protest rallies. But others do not rule out Iran's first nuclear test.

Foreign minister Manouchehr Mottaki contributed to the heightened tension generated by the war-mongering from Damascus in the last ten days. He pledged that if Israel attacked Syria or any other Arabs, Iran would come to their aid. Manifesting deep-seated racism, he commented contemptuously: "The Jews are mad and Israel is a nation led by lunatics."

He was contemptuous too about a possible US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities: The Americans will fail here too, said the Iranian foreign minister, just as they failed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
US defense secretary Robert Gates hinted at a change of tune after meeting French president Nicolas Sarkozy in Paris Monday Feb. 8: He said he hoped "strong international sanctions on Iran will forestall the need for a military strike designed to end the country's chances of developing a nuclear weapon." debkafile's Washington sources note that this was Gates' first mention of a possible resort to military action (which Barack Obama has never eschewed) for ending Iran's development of a nuclear weapon. He has always been staunch opponent of military action and preferred sanctions, but he knows perfectly well that the chances of the UN Security Council imposing a fresh round of penalties against Iran are nil. China made it clear that it will not come on board for stiffer sanctions and, at the Munich conference, sided solidly with Tehran, urging "the parties concerned" to "step up diplomatic efforts and exercise greater patience and flexibility with Iran."

Oh, How the Wind Blows

Poor Barrack! Every move he makes only proves that he is twisting in the wind. He has no moral foundation on which to stand, other than a globalistic--socialism that denies that there is such a thing as right and wrong. History only matters in so far as it can further his quest to make the American people dependent upon his messianic hand. The only winds that do not seem to be effecting him are the winds of a people rising up to make him a one term POTUS.
In the meantime, one individual has figure out how to manipulate and frustrate our President. (See picture) Tehran's decision to raise its uranium enrichment level to 20 percent - taking it weeks away from weapons-grade production - has raised no cries of outrage in Washington or Jerusalem. Asked Monday, Feb. 7, whether president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's announcement brought military action any closer, US defense secretary Robert Gates said noncommittally: "If the international community will stand together and bring pressure to bear on the Iranian government, I believe there is still time for pressure and sanctions to work."
Only one problem with that assessment: The international community is divided when it comes to sanctions. China, Russia, and a good portion of Europe are against the use of sanctions. Why? Because they are bed fellows with Iran. Whether it centers around the refining of fuel or mutual defense treaties, they will stand against sanctions.
What options are left? We can either allow Iran to enrich its uranium and develop weapons, or someone is going to have to step out and blow the program into non-enriched atomic particles. Is Washington being silent because Obama plans on helping Israel destroy Iran's facilities? As for me, I hope so! If the US Administration makes Israel do it alone, it will have proven itself as the ultimate traitor...not only to Israel, but to the same majority of Americans that are standing with the Jewish state. BTW, that is the same growing majority our President seems to be ignoring!
Look up, your redemption is drawing nigh!

The World Sleeps--War Looms

It is not only President Obama that is sitting in the recliner, so is most of the West. Most evangelical Christians are half asleep as well.
The Word of God tells us, in multiple passages, that we must stay alert, be watchful, so that we can know the times and not be caught unaware. When our awareness is clouded by the cares of life such as, "what will happen if the economy worsens?" etc., we will be taken by surprise when Biblical prophecy is fulfilled. You see, the Lord promised to take care of us, to provide our needs, and to use us in powerful ways to share the good news of Christ. With time dwindling down, we must keep our eyes fixed on the author and finisher of our salvation. We must also remember that his finger is pointed at Israel and the fulfillment of the ancient covenants. Jesus IS on his way back to the planet. The signs say it is so. Are you ready?
While the world sleeps, another step is taken toward WAR...the Psalm 83/Isaiah 17/Ezekiel 25 war. On the same day Iranian President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, declares that Iran will enrich uranium to 20%, secret missile shipments to Hizbollah are revealed. Things are getting dicey.
Read this from today's Debkafile.
Syrian Slips Hizballah Fateh-110 Missiles able to Destroy Israeli Cities
DEBKAfile Special Report February 7, 2010,

The secret transfer of the mobile surface-to-surface Syrian-made Fateh-110 (range 250km) missile to Hizballah sparked the prediction Friday, Feb. 5 from an unnamed US official that cross-border arms smuggling from Syria into Lebanon outside state control was "very dangerous" and "paved the way to war similar to Israel-Hizballah conflict of 2006. debkafile's military sources report hat Israel warned Syria through at least two diplomatic channels against Hizballah using this lethal weapon, which is capable of reaching almost every Israel city. Our sources disclose: Syria pulled the wool of Israel's eyes for the transfer by openly training Hizballah in the use of SA-2 and SA-6 surface-to-surface missiles. Israel had warned it would deem their passage into Lebanon Syrian casus belli by Syria.
The Fateh-110 is still more lethal, accurate and dangerous than the SA-2 and SA-3. it confronts Israel now with a Hizballah armed with a solid-fuel propellant, road-mobile, single-stage, short-range ballistic system weighing three tons with a half-ton warhead and a range of 250 kilometers. It is not deployed in surface batteries but fired from mobile launchers, which the solid propellant renders capable of firing at speed with little advance preparation, before returning to the fortified underground silos Hizballah has sunk in mountain areas across Lebanon. These features make the Fateh-110 a very tough target for Israeli bombers to strike. According to our intelligence sources, Israel posted warnings against Hizballah using the weapon through US Middle East envoy George missile who called on president Bashar Assad in Damascus on January 20 and ,even more emphatically, through Spanish foreign minister Miguel Moratinos who arrived in Syria on Feb. 3 after talks in Jerusalem. The message he carried was that if Hizballah ventured to fire the Fateh-110, Israel was determined to hit back at strategic and military targets inside Syria. This warning instantly prompted the war rhetoric which emanated from Assad and his foreign minister Walid Moallem. Israeli foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman, known for his undiplomatic, blunt style, responded by warning Syria that it stood to lose the next war and the Assad family would lose its grip on power in Damascus. Prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu and defense minister Ehud Barak are presumed to have endorsed the first part of Lieberman's comment as representing their own view. But the minister added the personal threat on Syria's leaders on his own initiative.

I Can Hardly Keep Up with Developments

Time is running out for an Israeli strike against the Iranian nuclear facilities that does not carry a high rate of casualties. Up until now, Russia has withheld the touted S-300 air defense missile system that was purchased by Iran two years ago. My question has been WHY?
My Guess? While the Russians are establishing defenses in Libya, Saudi Arabia, and the Sudan, they have left Iran vulnerable. That begs a repeat of the question WHY? Remember it is God that is at work manipulating events. However, I believe Russia, and especially Iran, are challenging Israel to attack. This is for the purpose of setting off a greater war that will remove the democratic state of Israel from the scene permanently.
I believe we can see the hour glass dropping its last few grains of sand. Two cataclysmic confrontations between Jehovah and Allah are about to happen. The stage is set. The countdown has begun. READ the following article and keep your eyes open. Also, be praying for people in the entire region, both Jew and Muslim, to come to the knowledge of the one and only Son of God--Messiah--King, Jesus Christ.

Iran: Moscow Gave Missile Reassurance
BY ASSOCIATED PRESS 05/02/2010 14:26
"Russian colleagues have assured us they'll meet obligations," says envoy.

Russia has assured Iran that it still intends to deliver long-range air-defense missiles, the Iranian ambassador in Moscow said Thursday.Russian news agencies cited Seyyed Mahmoud-Reza Sajjadi as saying, "Our Russian colleagues have assured us that they will meet their obligations." A Kremlin spokesman declined to comment.Russia signed a 2007 contract to sell the S-300 missile complex, but so far has not delivered. The delay has not been explained, but Israel and the United States strongly objected to Iran obtaining the missiles, which would significantly boost the country's defense capability.
The ambassador was quoted as saying Iran is ready to receive the weapons.A top Russian arms trade official recently signaled the delivery may go ahead.

Syrian/Iranian Preparations for War Intensify

FEBRUARY 11th...that is the day in which Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has declared that the world will be "astonished." hmm Two days ago, Iran successfully tested a new Shahab-3 balistic missile capable of striking targets in western Europe. hmm Yesterday, I blogged on Syria's chest thumping threat against Israel. hmm
Now, these guys are known for their vibrato. They are like big Gorillas trying to sound fearsome and dangerous. The fact is THEY ARE. Could we be on the verge of prophetic fulfillment? I honestly do not know. But it is only wise that we be aware and alert to what is happening outside the realm of OBAMA-mania.
By the way, after you read the article below that ups the ante in this high stakes poker game, listen to this link about ICONOGRAPHY, then spread it around.

Now, from Debkafile.

Iranian missile airlift stiffens Syrian war talk, tops up Hizballah, Hamas
DEBKAfile Exclusive Report February 5, 2010, 9:22 AM (GMT+02:00)

Debkafile Iranian and military sources report the war threats from Damascus this week were backed by massive Iranian airlifts for boosting Syria's missile arsenal. Fresh supplies also reached the Lebanese Hizballah and Hamas in Gaza. Wednesday, Feb. 3, Syrian president Bashar Assad accused Israel of seeking war, while his foreign minister Walid Moallem boasted: "You know that war at this time will come to your cities." They spoke after taking delivery of 100 new medium-range surface-to-surface missiles from Iran in January. Moallem's threat was comprehensive: “….Syria calls on Israel to halt directing threats once against Gaza, another against South Lebanon, then Iran and now Syria.” His message that all four extremist allies had formed a mutual defense pact against Israel raised temperatures to a dangerous level in the region. Syria will not stand by idly next time round if Israel goes to war against Iran's nuclear program or an aggressive Hizballah or Hamas, but go for Israel's cities. This was public confirmation for the first time of debkafile's disclosure that on Dec. 17, Iranian defense minister Gen. Ahmad Vahidi signed a secret military pact with his Syrian opposite number Gen. Ali Habib in Damascus, with Hizballah leader Hassan Nasrallah appending his signature later. Within days, Iran began shipping missile supplies by air to Damascus, Syria stepped up the pace of its smuggled rocket supplies to Hizballah in South Lebanon and both pumped hardware to Hamas by serpentine routes. Syrian leaders used the visit to Damascus of Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Moratinos as the stage for their heightened stridency. US Middle East envoy George Mitchell heard a similar harsh threatening tone against Israel when he called on Bashar Assad in Damascus on Jan. 20. Neither Washington nor Jerusalem were caught by surprise. Israel's prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu commented nonchalantly that he does not understand what the Bashar Assad wants, confiding to his aides that his goal is to gain international goodwill before Israel decides to attack Iran. Next day, Feb. 4, hardline foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman was more outspoken: "Assad must be told bluntly," he said, "that in the next war, not only will Syria be beaten but he and his family will lose power. You will not remain in power, and neither will your family." While his words were widely reported, the doves of the Labor party, the opposition Kadima and the left found his tone outrageous and called on the prime minister fire him.

Major Behind-the-Mainstream Headlines

Two important headlines appeared today, headlines that really tell the story about what is happening behind the scenes in the Middle East. While our eyes tend to lock onto the ongoing political soap opera here in the US, the epicenter of Biblical prophecy continues to quiver and shake it's way toward a major earthquake of war.
In these articles you will see the rumor or war on two fronts... First: the INNER RING of Psalm 83, Isaiah 17, Ezekiel 25, and Zephaniah 2. Second: The OUTER RING of Ezekiel 38 and 39.
Again, my intention is not to alarm you or generate fear. However, Jesus tells us to be sober and alert so that this day does not take us by surprise. Don't be caught up in the distractions of life and the cares of the world. Should these two rings compress in fulfillment of prophecy in the near future, be assured that the greatest day of witnessing for Christ come with it. Be READY!

Assad: Israel pushing Middle East to War
BY JPOST.COM STAFF 04/02/2010 01:45

Syrian FM warns Israel next war will be fought "inside your cities."

Syrian President Bashar Assad on Wednesday said Israel was not serious about wanting peace, and accused the Jewish state of leading the Middle East towards war.“Israel is not serious about achieving peace since all facts point out that Israel is pushing the region towards war, not peace," the Syrian state-run news agency quoted Assad as saying in a meeting with Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos on Wednesday.Earlier Wednesday, Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Moallem warned Israel that if war were to break out between Syria and Israel, it would be fought “inside your cities.”“Israel must stop being the neighborhood bully. Don’t test our determination,” Moallem said during a press conference in Damascus where Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Moratinos was also present. “One day you threaten Gaza, the next day you threaten Lebanon, then Iran and now Syria.”Moallem warned that if a war between Syria and Israel breaks out, it would be “total and take place inside your cities.”His words were a reaction to a statement by Defense Minister Ehud Barak, who said at the Herzliya Conference on Tuesday that if an agreement with Syria was not reached, the two countries might be dragged into a “forceful confrontation that may deteriorate into all-out war.”“In the reality of the Middle East, we will conclude such a war and then sit and negotiate, talking about the exact issues we have been debating with the Syrians for the past 15 years,” said Barak.Moallem said Syria “assesses that such a war will break out, we must not rule out such a possibility. I would say it would be a total and expansive war, whether it begins in South Lebanon or in Syria.”

Egyptian sources: Israel prepares to strike Iran from Gulf and N. Iraq
DEBKAfile Exclusive Report February 3, 2010, 10:12 PM (GMT+02:00)

Arab voices were fanning Middle East war fever Wednesday night, Feb. 3. debkafile's military sources report that not only are Syrian leaders beating war drums - Syrian foreign minister Walid Muallem said in Damascus: "Israelis, do not test the power of Syria since you know the war will move into your cities" - but Egyptian military sources have put out information purporting to outline Israel's preparations to strike Iran. They report that the Israeli Navy together with the US Fifth Fleet have for some weeks been charting Persian Gulf waters and Iranian shorelines in preparation for attacks by Israeli naval and special operations forces.
IDF intelligence and special forces officers, they also say, have been marking out routes for their air and ground forces to drive into Iran and hit its nuclear installations. According to these Egyptian sources, Saudi Arabia has demanded clarifications from Washington about reported US-assisted Israeli preparations to strike Iran and asks why they were not brought to the notice of Riyadh and the Gulf Arab governments. The Saudis added that several Gulf intelligence and naval units had tracked Israeli movements and gathered documentary evidence. Some of this information was leaked in Cairo Wednesday night to Shorouk, a publication which Egyptian intelligence often uses as an outlet for information held to be credible.Shorouk was first out with the story of the Israeli Air Force attack on Iranian arms convoys in Sudan in January 2009.

King Abdullah Calls for more Obama Involvement...YIKES

In the last few blogs I warned of the headache Israel would experience as President Obama's socialist agenda in the US hit the Scot Brown roadblock. Problems here mean more meddling in the Middle East in order to "save face" with his megalomaniac self perception. Unfortunately, those who desire to see Israel diminshed also understand how to tweak the President into action that is favorable to Arab nations. The following article is further proof of the sweet talk coming Obama's way. He sucks it all in as if he is the most important man in the world. The problem is this...HE is the most important man in the world. It's too bad he is on the wrong side of just about everything freedom stands for.
Note: Did anyone notice in the State of the Union address that the President mentioned the important nations that had helped in Haiti, yet DID NOT MENTION ISRAEL...which, second only to the USA, has given more support in rescue teams, field hospitals, and money? Some say there is paranoia about Obama's perceived anti-semitism. Well, I'M NOT PARANOID!

From Ynet News
Jordan king urges more peace efforts from Obama
US president phones King Abdullah II to discuss efforts to 'overcome obstacles' facing launch of Palestinian-Israeli peace talks

US President Barack Obama telephoned Jordan's King Abdullah II to discuss efforts to "overcome obstacles" facing the launch of Palestinian-Israeli peace talks, the palace said.

"The two leaders discussed Middle East developments, mainly efforts aimed at overcoming obstacles facing the launch of serious and effective Palestinian-Israeli negotiations in line with a two-state solution," a palace statement said.

It quoted the king as telling Obama that the United States "plays a key role in resolving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, which is a priority to achieve a comprehensive peace in the Middle East."

"Efforts must be intensified to launch negotiations that would lead to a two-state solution, which enjoys an international consensus," the king said.

In Washington, the White House said Obama "expressed his appreciation for Jordan's staunch support for a two-state solution and comprehensive peace in the region, and told the King he considers Jordan to be an integral partner of the United States."

The United States has been trying for months to re-launch peace talks, but the Palestinians are demanding that Israel halts all settlement growth in the West Bank and east Jerusalem as a pre-condition for negotiations.

The White House pledged on Friday to push "hard" for the talks in 2010, acknowledging it was a "major disappointment" that Obama's administration was unable to jump-start negotiations in its first year.

Enemies of Israel are Poised and Ready

For those who continue to believe a negotiated peace is possible between Israel and the world of Islamic radicals, think again. Co-existence is, and has never been an option for radicalized muslims. The worst of the bunch is Ayatollah Ali Khameini and President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in Iran. They control the Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Syrians. These are nothing more than Iranian lackeys, suicide brigades!
The following article demonstrates the reality of the current situation. No amount of concessions by Israel will stop what has already been prepared. Read this piece in its entirety and you'll get a feel for why Israel will soon be forced to respond with overwhelming force to this threat.
EXCLUSIVE:
US intelligence finds 5,000 Hizballah trained to seize Galilee towns DEBKAfile Special Expose February 1, 2010, 9:19 AM
Jones was not talking out of the top of his head, but on the strength of solid US intelligence gathered over months on detailed war plans Iran, Syria, Hizballah and Hamas have drawn up to send five Hizballah brigades sweeping across the border to seize five sectors of Galilee, while also organizing a massive Israeli-Arab uprising against the Jewish state. Hamas would open a second front in the south and in the east. Syria is expected to step in at some stage.
This plan with attached special map was first published exclusively by DEBKA-Net-Weekly 430 on Jan. 22, 2010. Key excerpts appear here.
Iran's Revolutionary Guards instructors at especially established training facilities near Tehran are already well advanced in training a cadre of 5,000 Hizballah fighters in special operations and urban combat tactics to standards equivalent to those current in similar US and Israeli military forces.
At the outset of the course, the group was split up into five battalions, each given a specific northern Israeli sector for capture with details of its topography and population for close study.(See attached map).
1st Battalion:
This unit will break through the Naqura-Rosh Haniqra border pass and sweep south along seven kilometers to seize Nahariya, the Israeli Mediterranean city of 55,000 - or parts thereof. UN peacekeepers have their headquarters at Naqura, the other side of Rosh Haniqra, and Israel defenses there are lax, so no military or geographic obstacles to this Hizballah drive are anticipated. This battalion will capture a large number of Israeli hostages for use as live shields against an Israeli counter-attack A small group of 150 fighters, trained by Revolutionary Guards marines, will also try and reach the coast by swift boats. They are already standing by in Lebanon.
2nd Battalion:
This unit is assigned to capture the northern Israeli town of Shlomi, 300 meters southeast of the Naqura border pass and home to 6,500 inhabitants. Holding this town and its environs will give Hizballah control of a key road hub and stand in the path of Israeli reinforcements heading for Nahariya through routes 89 and 899 from key Israeli bases in the Galilee and Upper Galilee regions to the east. (See map).
3rd Battalion:
Driving further south than any other Hizballah unit, this battalion must reach the three Israeli-Arab villages of B'ina, Deir al-Asad and Majd el-Krum, which are located north of the town of Carmiel and alongside Israel's Route 85 which connects Acre on the Mediterranean with Safad in the central Galilee mountains.
Iranian war planners want Hizballah to control the three Israeli-Arab locations for two advantages:
One: As a commanding position for stirring up the disaffected Israeli-Arab villages and towns of Lower Galilee and Wadi Ara to the south into a full-blown uprising. The incoming combat force will be backed up by clandestine Hizballah cells which for some years have established, armed and funded the underground "Galilee Liberation Battalions” in Sakhnin, Araba and Deir Hana, by means of drug smugglers.
Hizballah's West Bank cells have been active for some time in the Wadi Ara region, through which National Route 65 connects central Israel to the North.
Two: To gain fire control of Acre-Safed Route 85 from positions in occupied Arab villages and so have a shield ready for the Hizballah units holding Nahariya and Shlomi, and seriously impede the passage of Israeli forces from bases in the center of the country to relieve these northern towns. The Israeli Air Force will be constrained from attacking the areas held by Hizballah by the presence of large civilian populations.
4th Battalion:
This battalion will push southeast into the Kadesh Valley, on the rim of which the Makia and Yiftah kibbutzim and Makia moshav are clustered. Capture of these locations would afford Hizballah fire coverage of Israel's northernmost Galilee Panhandle.
5th Battalion:
Hizballah's Strategic Reserve.
Rocket attacks from Lebanon will focus on disabling Israel's strategic military sites, such as air force bases, missile bases, its nuclear facilities and naval bases. Targeting Israeli population centers is a lower Iranian priority. Syria's initial involvement will be limited to cover by artillery or air for Hizballah operations. But if the fighting escalates or drags on, Hizballah will invite Syrian back-up forces to go into Lebanon; Damascus will open Front No. 4 against Israel from the Syrian side of the Golan Heights.
The Tehran-Hizballah war strategy is all but ready for any contingency. The obvious trigger would be an Israeli military operation against Iran's nuclear facilities, but once all the elements are in place, they could be activated by any other pretext conjured up in Tehran or Damascus.
In recent weeks, both Hizballah and its Syrian allies have mobilized their forces while telling the Arab world that the Jewish state is about to attack Lebanon. Hizballah leader Hassan Nasrallah is straining at the leash to attack Israel however the crisis over Iran's nuclear program turns out.Sunday, January 17, he said: "I promise you, in view of all the threats you hear today… that should a new war with the Zionists erupt, we [the Lebanese resistance movement] will crush the enemy, come out victorious, and change the face of the region.
"God willing, Israel, the occupation, hegemony, and arrogance are in the process of disappearing!"
Nasrallah was not alone in anticipating a troubled year for the Middle East.t enlarged map

Jumping Ship

Democrats aren't the only ones jumping off the Obama canoe. While he attempts to sweet talk his way out of his "progressive" mess, leaders around the world are beginning to see the empty shell for what it is...and empty shell that talks a good talk.
Most recently, European Union leaders have turned aside from Obama's Middle East debacle and are attempting to bring their own solution to the table. This, of course, is the region of the world in which the Jews were rejected, excised, and put to death within the last 100 years. This is the part of the world in which Muslims are gaining ground so quickly it makes my head spin. Their solution takes Obama's bus, from which the Israelis were tossed, and turns it into a means to run the Jews over. Their plan will call for the division of Jerusalem, and a full recognition of a Palestinian state.
There are still many Israelis that seek to negotiate the problem toward a peaceful solution. The commentator below is one such individual. While concessions can still be made to bring about peace, that peace will be short-lived. The Palestinians, lackeys of the greater Radical world of Islam, have only one goal...to take back all the land! That means de-occupying every Israeli from Palestine. In other words, we are only going to go so far before something major takes place.

Washington Watch: Turn, turn, turn
By DOUGLAS BLOOMFIELD

The past week may go down as a turning point in the search for Middle East peace - a turn in the wrong direction. Efforts to relaunch the peace process encountered serious setbacks, and while some may be gloating, the result is not likely to be a breathing spell while everyone figures out where to go next, but a dangerous period of uncertainty and instability. While US peace envoy George Mitchell was spending another frustrating week in the region in another failed effort to prod Israelis and Palestinians back to the peace table, President Barack Obama admitted his year-old effort to restart the talks has been a failure. Neither side, he concluded, is ready to make the difficult decisions necessary to move toward peace. It was a "well, duh," moment as the president acknowledged what has been obvious to everyone else for the past year."We overestimated our ability to persuade them... [to] start engaging in meaningful conversation... If we had anticipated some of these political problems on both sides earlier, we might not have raised expectations as high," Obama said.Israeli papers reported the Prime Minister's Office was "gloating" over the setback, confidently predicting the president would have no choice but to put the issue on the back burner for a while. That may please Israeli rejectionists, but it could be dangerous; there is no such thing as standing still in the Middle East. One big question is what a downgrading of the peace process will mean for already-strained relations between Washington and Jerusalem. There are many ways an administration can express displeasure: votes at the UN, denying access to the latest military technology, less intelligence sharing or high-level exchanges and limiting the extent of strategic cooperation are a few.Putting the peace process on hold until everyone is ready can be very risky. "A deadlock will lead to another round of violence that will serve Hamas," predicted Defense Minister Ehud Barak.Mitchell said the president remains "committed" to the peace process, but "engaged" may be another matter. Since the top leaders can't get together, Mitchell has proposed low-level talks; observers in Jerusalem suggest the issues will also be low-level.Obama said Israel showed some willingness to modify its policies but was not ready for the "bold gestures" he considered essential. More rigid were the Palestinians, and Mitchell warned PA President Mahmoud Abbas he must be more flexible if he wants talks to resume and expects US help in the process.

Well DUH!

At times, I have a difficult time believing these guys have any clue at all about what is happening in the Middle East.

But then I watched a good portion of the President's State of the Union speech and am now certain. THEY HAVE NO CLUE. They are so wrapped up in the progressive agenda to do away with the American Constitution that they have missed the most important elements of our place in the world. Israel is the center of the universe, not the White House.
Read what this White House advisor had to say about Iran and Israel. (Don't roll your eyes until the end.)
Iran May Lash Out at Israel
Associated Press January 30, 2010
U.S. President Barrack Obama's National Security Advisor on Friday cited a heightened risk that Iran will respond to growing pressure over its nuclear program by stoking violence against Israel.
The advisor, retired General James Jones, said history shows that when regimes are feeling pressure they can lash out by using surrogates. He said in Iran's case that would mean facilitating attacks through Hezbollah and Hamas. Iran supplies arms to both groups.
Jones also alluded to the prospect of added international sanctions being applied as one factor of added pressure. He said another factor is internal pressure--an apparent reference to street protests against the Iranian leadership over the disputed presidential election of June 12.
MY RESPONSE..... DUH! Can you feel the depth of knowledge and understanding flowing from the NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR? And this guy has the President's ear!

Lebanon and Syria in the Mix

The shades of Isaiah 17, Psalm 83, Obadiah 15-18, Zephaniah 2, Exekiel 25, and Jeremiah 12 are being pulled back.......This war is coming! It is only a matter of time.

Lebanon's next war may also be Syria's

Posted by Tony Badran (Jerusalem Post)

Media reports in recent days have painted dire scenarios for what is, supposedly, the inevitable conflict between Israel and Hizbullah. Of particular note are persistent indicators that the next round, if or when it comes, will very likely involve Syria as well. For quite a while now, the official position in Israel has been that the next war in Lebanon would be waged against the Lebanese state, not just against Hizbullah. The Israelis have also been warning Damascus that they would not tolerate Syria's passing on to Hizbullah weaponry that might alter the military balance of power, namely air defense systems. On that point, two recent reports are of interest. The first, in the Qatari daily Al-Watan a couple of weeks ago, quoted Syrian sources as saying that "there is a strategic decision taken by Damascus not to allow Israel to defeat the resistance movements." One might have been tempted to dismiss this as rhetorical bluster, but another news report only a few days later called for a somewhat different assessment.Speaking to the Kuwaiti daily Al-Rai al-Aam, an unnamed American official sent a shot across Syria's bow, telling the newspaper that should Syria deliver to Hizbullah anti-aircraft missiles, "a war would doubtlessly break out, and this time Israel would strike targets in Damascus."

The official added that the Syrians, according to intelligence reports, had allowed Hizbullah fighters to train on the SA-2 anti-aircraft (AA) system on Syrian soil. Those accusations were repeated last weekend by Israel's deputy foreign minister, Daniel Ayalon, after his meeting with Michael Williams, the United Nation's special coordinator for Lebanon. The SA-2 itself may not be much of a threat to the Israel Air Force. However, another pair of Russian-made AA systems - the mobile Pantsir and the shoulder-fired Igla-S systems - would cause concern. Both Syria and Iran have been persistently trying to obtain them from Russia, with conflicting reports about whether the systems have been delivered. Nor is it clear if Hizbullah has gotten its hands on the weapons. From an Israeli standpoint, however, this would qualify as a casus belli. The result of a new war would doubtless be devastating for Lebanon - far worse than what happened in 2006 - and would likely spread to Syria. In a throwback to the policy of former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, this past weekend Yossi Peled, an Israeli minister without portfolio, pointedly noted that Israel would "hold Syria and Lebanon alike responsible." There are other reasons why Syria could find itself engulfed in a future conflict. Although recent incidents, such as the explosion in a weapons depot in Khirbet Silm, indicate that Hizbullah has been reestablishing its positions in southern Lebanon since the 2006 war, the militia is said to have relocated its bunker infrastructure and dispersed its longer-range rockets throughout the Bekaa Valley and, reportedly, northern Lebanon.Notwithstanding Hizbullah's intentionally-leaked information about its intention to take the war to Israel by invading Israeli villages near Lebanese territory, this relocation of the bunker complex would mean that, aside from the expanded destruction befalling Lebanon, the war would be fought nearer the border with Syria. This border, along with Lebanon's various ports, has served as Hizbullah's weapons supply route.During the 2006 war, the Assad regime took the bold step of supplying Hizbullah directly from Syrian military stocks - particularly when it came to longer-range 220mm Katyusha rockets, such as the ones that hit a train station in Haifa, and Kornet anti-tank missiles. If this were to be repeated, not to mention the possible detection of Syrian logistical support during combat, the probability of an escalation involving Damascus would be raised. Israel's armed forces would have to consider that possibility if it were to decide in favor of a ground incursion into the Bekaa Valley. The security regime established under UN Security Council Resolution 1701 has failed to curb Hizbullah's rearmament, both by land and by sea (or, for that matter, to prevent Israeli overflights). Syria's President Bashar al-Assad has been quite explicit about his intention to continue supplying Hizbullah. Meanwhile, the sea routes to Lebanon have evidently been used to great effect. The arms-carrying ship intercepted by Israel in November of last year was reportedly bound for the port of Lattakia in Syria. That was surely the tip of the iceberg, and one must wonder how many such ships have docked in Lebanese ports as well. There have been a number of reports in recent years indicating deepening military and intelligence coordination between Iran, Syria and Hizbullah, and that includes Iranian listening posts and other technical assets present in Syria. Syria's direct arming of Hizbullah, like the numerous reports on the Russian air defense systems, speaks much to the evolution of Syria's view of the party. More than ever Hizbullah (not to mention Iran, its patron) is becoming integrated in Syrian military strategy. This would explain Damascus' "strategic decision" to extend to Hizbullah all possible support in the event of a new war with Israel. However, it could be a decision Assad, ever the gambler, might live to regret. One thing for sure is that Lebanon - all of Lebanon - will certainly regret it.Tony Badran is a research fellow with the Center for Terrorism Research at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
